Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Alpine Vibe, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, waterproofing metrics, breathability figures, and pricing. Independent Snow Gear Brand Notice: Alpine Vibe is an independent snowsports apparel and mountain hardware retailer. Alpine Vibe is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Burton Snowboards, Oakley, Arc'teryx, Helly Hansen, Anon, or Smith Optics. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, lens VLT context, and sizing clarity. Alpine Vibe reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Inherent Snowsports Risk, Avalanche & Helmet Safety Disclaimer
Alpine Winter Hazards & Inherent Risk Warning: Skiing, snowboarding, and backcountry alpine touring involve inherent hazards including high-speed collisions, avalanches, tree wells, severe hypothermia, hidden rocks, and whiteouts. Protective equipment (including snow helmets and impact padding) is engineered to reduce head injury severity, but NO helmet can eliminate the risk of concussion, severe head trauma, or spinal injuries in all high-speed crashes. Anti-Fog Lens Care Notice: Snow goggle inner lenses are treated with delicate chemical surfactant coatings; wiping inner lenses while wet can cause permanent scratching and destroy anti-fog properties. Alpine Vibe is not liable for alpine injuries, whiteout disorientation, or accidents resulting from backcountry avalanches, reckless riding, or improper equipment use.
